Public at opening exposition Helmut Newton in FOAM

Almost everyone knows the black and white photographs by Helmut Newton: leggy, scantily clad or naked women on high heels. Often these photographs are printed in very large size, so the legs of the women seem even longer. In the seventies, Newton has also worked closely with fashion designers Yves Saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld. At that time, he made many fashion editorials for French Vogue. In FOAM in Amsterdam, this summer one can admire more than 200 photos of this legendary photographer.
The start of this exhibition was promising, a lot of people were interested!

Did you miss the opening night? No problem, the exhibition is on view until September 4 in the FOAM on the Keizersgracht. I’ll go at least once back at a quieter time.
