Advanced Love
No less than Advanced Style Ari Seth Cohen was recently in Amsterdam by invitation of The American Bookstore. To promote and to sign his latest book Advanced Love. For this edition, he has photographed eccentrically dressed couples.

Ari did not travel alone, he brought Tutti en Paul Bennett from Sydney, one of the advanced style couples in his book. The three of them made a European tour.

Kleurrijk 60plus
In addition to the book signing session, a photoshoot was also planned with the four women forming together Kleurrijk60Pplus. “We, Kleurrijk60plus, also want to radiate a great deal of zest for life with our appearance at our age. We are an inspiring platform in which we want to show how we stand in life and gladly advise you how you can develop a more daring and quirky appearance.”

Ruth, Ari, Paul and Tutti
It was not the first visit of Advanced Style Ari to Amsterdam. A few years ago he visited this city together with Debra Rapoport from New York. They were invited to give a lecture about aging at TedXAmsterdam. During that stay, he also photographed our own Advanced Style types: Anne-Marie van Parreren and Ruth Scherpenhuisen. So it’s not surprising that they met again.
Although I am not an Advanced Style type, I was allowed to have a picture with ArI.
